Architecture in Perspective 22
|
“Architecture in Perspective” is the preeminent exhibition of architectural illustration in the world. Among the six top prizes, the best of show is awarded the Hugh Ferriss Memorial Prize. This year’s winner is Ana Carolina Monnaco from Morris Architects.
The Architecture In Perspective 22 International Juried Competition took place in Pittsburgh at the offices of Urban Design Associates. ASAI 2007 President David Csont and Jury Moderator Gordon Grice met with the distinguished Jury comprised of Doug Cooper, John Martine, and Paul Rocheleau. Of the hundreds of entries from all over the globe, and after hours of intense review and discussion, 64 pieces were selected for Awards of Excellence. Six of those pieces were selected for the special prizes: Hugh Ferriss Memorial Prize, Formal Award, Informal Award, John Martine Juror Award, Paul Rocheleau Juror Award, and the Doug Cooper Juror Award. The Members Choice Award is chosen by the votes of ASAI participating members who were able to review and vote for their favorite.
The Architecture in Perspective 22 Exhibition will premiere in Pittsburgh from October 8 through November 3, 2007, at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh.
