When you make your reservation, be sure to say that you are an ASAI member.
Please make your reservations as early as possible. Reservations will be accepted based upon availability.
In Japan it is possible to get single rooms - with a single bed for single occupancy only - at a lesser cost.
You will need to specify a Non Smoking room or Smoking room - they are on different floors.

Room rates include tax.

Breakfast is not included in the room rates quoted above. If you would like breakfast to be included in your room rate, you need to add another US$18 (¥1,500 JPY) per person. There is a cafe in the hotel lobby that is less expensive than the hotel restaurant.

Alternately you can take a cab. Expect to pay approximately US$ 190 - US$240 (¥16,000 - ¥20,000 JPY) to and from Narita Airport and US$70 - US$85 (¥6,000 -¥7,000 JPY) to and from Haneda Airport.

Transport to and from these hotels and Tokyo, along with the booking arrangements, will be organized by ASAI.
When registering for the Retreat Package, please indicate single or double occupancy rooms and non-smoking or smoking requirements.
Two nights accommodation at these hotels, and transportation, are included in your Retreat Package.
Breakfast is included with your accommodation.
Please note: If you require single occupancy accommodation, there will be an additional cost of $60 to the Retreat Package cost and you will be booked into Hotel Vista Kyoto, which is 5 mins walk from the New Miyako Hotel.
